Shipping Policy

We use USPS Priority Mail and generally ship in-stock items the next business day. Priority mail gets anywhere in the U.S. in 2-3 days. We don’t usually provide a tracking number but if you are missing your package, we’ll track it for you.  If you ordered an out of stock item, we will build it right away and ship it. 

We do not use FedEx or UPS at this time except for very heavy orders.

Returns Policy

Our NO BULL Guarantee ensures your satisfaction. If you receive any item from us and decide it’s not what you want, just return it in unused condition and we will provide you with a full refund, including your original shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping.

If you receive the wrong item, email us the invoice number and a description of the problem. We will send out the correct item with a return label for you to send the incorrect item back to us. The returned item must be received within 10 business days; otherwise, you will be charged for both items.

If your holster ever comes unstitched or the clip breaks, we will replace or repair it for you. Please contact us to discuss the return/repair.

If your holster simply wears out due to regular use, we know you got your money's worth! We hope you buy another.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database, to be accessible only by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.
